目的了解梧州口岸出入境人员健康状况,为加强和改进出入境人员健康体检管理提供科学依据。方法对2013—2015年梧州国际旅行卫生保健中心的出入境人员疾病监测数据进行统计学分析。结果梧州口岸出入境人员中,境内人员以船员为主,占79.91%。检出非传染性疾病以及传染性疾病3 148例,其中非传染性疾病2 465例,检出率49.33%;乙型肝炎病毒表面抗原(HBs Ag)阳性587例,检出率9.18%;病毒性肝炎48例,检出率0.75%;丙型肝炎病毒抗体(Anti-HCV)阳性24例,检出率0.38%;梅毒18例,检出率0.28%;艾滋病病毒抗体(Anti-HIV)阳性5例,检出率0.08%;活动性肺结核1例,检出率0.02%。境外人员以公务人员、来华定居和留学人员为主,分别占60.88%、15.68%、23.44%。共检出非传染性及传染性疾病56例,其中非传染性疾病45例,检出率7.59%;HBs Ag阳性6例,检出率1.01%;Anti-HCV阳性3例,检出率0.51%;活动性肺结核1例,检出率0.17%;Anti-HIV阳性1例,检出率0.17%。结论应重视对船员、公务人员和留学人员等重点人群的健康体检,预防传染性疾病在梧州口岸的传入传出。
Objective To understand the health status of entry and exit personnel at Wuzhou Port and provide scientific basis for strengthening and improving the management of physical examination for entry and exit personnel. Methods Statistical analysis was conducted on the disease surveillance data of entry-exit personnel at Wuzhou International Travel Health Care Center during 2013-2015. Results Wuzhou port entry and exit personnel, the crew to the main, accounting for 79.91%. 3 148 cases of non-communicable diseases and infectious diseases were detected, including 2 465 cases of non-communicable diseases, the detection rate was 49.33%; 587 cases were positive for hepatitis B virus surface antigen (HBs Ag), the detection rate was 9.18%; the virus The positive rate of anti-HCV was 24 (detection rate 0.38%). Syphilis was detected in 18 cases (detection rate 0.28%). Anti-HIV was positive 5 cases, the detection rate was 0.08%; 1 case of active tuberculosis, the detection rate of 0.02%. Overseas personnel mainly comprised civil servants, people residing in China and those studying abroad, accounting for 60.88%, 15.68% and 23.44% respectively. A total of 56 cases of non-communicable and infectious diseases were detected, of which 45 cases were non-communicable diseases, the detection rate was 7.59%; 6 cases were positive for HBsAg, the detection rate was 1.01%; 3 cases were positive for Anti-HCV, the detection rate was 0.51 %; 1 case of active tuberculosis, the detection rate was 0.17%; Anti-HIV positive in 1 case, the detection rate was 0.17%. Conclusion We should attach importance to the health examination of key populations such as crew members, public servants and overseas students, and prevent the spread of infectious diseases at Wuzhou port.
