为研究喷水对火箭发动机发射时排气羽流红外辐射的抑制作用,建立了羽流气液两相流场和红外辐射传输的计算模型,通过在能量方程中引入辐射源项和水的汽化导致的能量源项,实现了辐射计算和两相流场计算的耦合求解.计算中采用M ixture多相流模型求解气液两相流流场,使用汽化模型模拟了水的汽化效应.使用离散坐标法求解辐射传输方程,得到了3个主要波段内羽流的红外强度分布,将计算结果与红外热图进行对比,验证了计算结果的可靠性.研究结果表明,喷水后辐射强度在喷水管之后的大范围区域内明显降低.
In order to study the suppressive effect of water jet on the infrared radiation of exhaust plume during the rocket engine launching, a computational model of gas-liquid two-phase flow field and infrared radiation transmission was established. By introducing the radiation source term into the energy equation and vaporization of water , The coupled solution of radiation calculation and two-phase flow field calculation is realized.The M ixture multiphase flow model is used to solve the gas-liquid two-phase flow field and the vaporization effect of water is simulated by vaporization model.Using discrete coordinates The radiative transfer equations were solved and the infrared intensity distribution of the plume in the three main bands was obtained.The calculated results were compared with the infrared heat map to verify the reliability of the calculation results.The results show that after the water spray, The area after the tube was significantly reduced.
