本文从平衡原理出发,分析了手表用音叉型石英谐振器两臂不平衡时对其等效电阻的影响。利用音叉简化的自由振动模型,导出了其等效电阻是不平衡量的二次函数,并由实验验证其结论是正确的。本文所用的实验方法也为光刻腐蚀音叉的平衡和调频提供了有效方法。
Based on the principle of balance, this paper analyzes the effect on the equivalent resistance when the two arms of a tuning fork quartz resonator are unbalanced. Using the simplified free vibration model of the tuning fork, the quadratic function whose equivalent resistance is unbalanced is deduced and verified by experiments that the conclusion is correct. The experimental method used in this paper also provides an effective method for the photolithographic corrosion tuning fork tuning and frequency tuning.
