叶面固氮菌“2092”是由中国科学院植物所和河北省农科院微生物所从玉米叶际上分离出来的,其固氮酶活性为102.81微克分子乙炔/10毫升培养菌液/小时(培养18小时测定)。为探索叶面固氮菌在我区自然条件下对农作物的增产作用,引进了2092菌株,于1980—1982年三年在玉米、大豆上进行了盆裁和小区试验,均获得增产。其增产原因除能固氮外,还能分泌吲哚乙酸和三种衍生物,对作物生长
Foliar Azotobacter “2092” is isolated from the leaves of maize by Institute of Microbiology, Chinese Academy of Sciences and Hebei Academy of Agricultural Sciences, and has nitrogenase activity of 102.81 micromolecule acetylene / 10 ml culture broth / hour (culture 18 Hour measurement).
