在没有氮气保护和引发剂作用下,采用静置热聚合法,以N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(NMBA)为交联剂,成功制备了壳聚糖(CTS)/丙烯酰胺(AM)/2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)三元共聚高吸水树脂。通过正交试验获得了合成树脂的最佳工艺条件;初步探索了树脂的吸水动力学、吸液能力及保水能力等,并运用FT-IR和TG-TGA对树脂的分子结构和热稳定性进行了分析。结果表明:树脂吸水过程符合一级动力学,树脂具有较好的保水能力和热稳定性。
In the absence of nitrogen protection and initiator, the chitosan (CTS) / acrylamide (NTS) / acrylamide was successfully prepared by the stationary thermal polymerization and the N, N’-methylenebisacrylamide (NMBA) AM) / 2-acrylamido-2-methyl propane sulfonic acid (AMPS) terpolymer superabsorbent. The optimum conditions of synthetic resin were obtained through orthogonal test. The water absorption kinetics, liquid absorption capacity and water retention capacity of the resin were explored. The molecular structure and thermal stability of the resin were also investigated by FT-IR and TG-TGA Analysis. The results show that the resin absorption process conforms to the first order kinetics, and the resin has better water holding capacity and thermal stability.
