本研究利用差重分析法考察了在惰性氩气氛下,FeS作硫化剂时亚锡硅酸盐硫化挥发过程的动力学。研究结果表明,挥发过程速率符合Usno=KNsno,其中K值随温度升高而升高,反应级数和对应的活化能值分别为n=1.95~2.27,E=195.95kJ/mol(不加CaO时)和n=1.02~1.45,E=86.07kJ/mol(添加CaO时)。活化能值表明,不加CaO时挥发(过程表现为化学反应步骤所控制,加入相当量的CaO后过程则转化为扩散步骤所控制。
In this study, differential kinetic gravimetric analysis was used to investigate the kinetics of volatilization of stannous silicate during FeS as a vulcanizing agent in an inert argon atmosphere. The results show that the rate of volatilization is in accordance with Usno = KNsno, in which K increases with increasing temperature, the reaction order and the corresponding activation energy are n = 1.95-2.27 and E = 195.95kJ / mol respectively ) And n = 1.02 to 1.45 and E = 86.07 kJ / mol (when CaO is added). The activation energy values indicate volatilization without CaO (the process behaves as controlled by the chemical reaction step, and after the addition of a considerable amount of CaO the process translates into controlled diffusion step.
