在江苏泰州市洋思中学学习了“先学后教,当堂训练”的高效课堂教学模式,观摩了几节课堂教学,学生的表现令我震撼。我惊喜的发现,当教师把学生自己可以解决的问题交给学生时,学生竟学得有滋有味、兴致勃勃,而教师也显得轻松。于是在今年新接手七年级两个班的数学教学,带着困感,但又想尝试、一下这种新的教学模式,我和学生一起步入“先学后教,当堂训练”新的课堂教学模式,开始了我们的洋思教育实践。在教七年级《平面图形与立体图形》余角与补角这一节
