我国沥青混合料桥面铺装早期破坏严重,防水粘结层破坏是导致桥面铺装病害的一个主要原因,而且至今仍然缺乏有效的措施。解决层间胶结材料质量薄弱问题,是桥面铺装耐久性的重要保证。对沥青混合料桥面铺装进行力学分析,得出了桥面铺装层间工作状态,提出了防水粘结材料性能控制指标;通过剪切、拉拔试验对同步碎石防水粘结层路用性能进行了深入研究,提出了最佳材料用量;首次提出“两油一料”改进方法,推荐了“两油一料”最佳沥青用量,对“两油一料”路用性能进行了研究,同时对其适用性进行了分析。结果表明:相对于同步碎石防水粘结层,“两油一料”粘结性能有了很大程度改善。
