介绍了无机电解质、表面活性剂、电化学、超声波和强效搅拌等物理化学方法对煤泥浮选界面调控的研究进展,对各种调控手段对气-液-固三相界面行为的影响以及对煤泥浮选作用机理的研究进展进行了分析。通过分析指出,各种界面调控方法对煤粒和杂质矿物的作用机理、化学药剂作用的选择性以及气-液-固各相界面之间作用关系仍需进一步研究。
The research progress on the interface regulation of slime flotation with inorganic electrolytes, surfactants, electrochemistry, ultrasonic and intense stirring is introduced. The influence of various control measures on the gas-liquid-solid three-phase interface is also introduced. The research progress of coal flotation mechanism is analyzed. It is pointed out through analysis that the mechanism of action of various interface control methods on coal particles and impurity minerals, the selectivity of chemical agents and the interaction between gas-liquid-solid interfaces still need further study.
