[目的]了解上海市虹口区中学生疾病预防与控制健康素养水平及影响因素,为开展青少年健康素养干预提供依据。[方法]采用分层整群抽样方法,抽取上海市虹口区11所中学,从预初到高二(不含初三)共5个年级各1个班的全部学生作为样本对象。使用疾病预防与控制健康素养调查问卷,以网络答题方式,于2016年4—6月对852名在校中学生进行横断面调查。[结果]虹口区中学生疾病预防与控制健康素养获取、理解、分析评价、运用维度得分分别为(11.26±2.81)、(26.87±6.58)、(10.63±3.86)、(19.06±5.24)分,总分为(67.82±16.30)分。调查对象中具备疾病预防与控制健康素养的比例为29.5%。二分类logistic回归分析显示:以男生为参考,女生的健康素养水平OR及其95%CI为1.89(1.36~2.59);以上海市户籍为参考,外省市户籍学生健康素养水平OR及其95%CI为0.32(0.19~0.55);以母亲文化程度初中及以下为参考,母亲文化程度为大学及以上的学生健康素养水平OR及其95%CI为2.02(1.26~3.23);以自评健康教育不重要作为参考,认为健康教育很重要的学生健康素养水平OR及其95%CI为2.96(1.67~5.28);以自评学习成绩中等偏下为参考,自评学习成绩中等偏上的学生健康素养水平OR及其95%CI为1.99(1.20~3.29)。[结论]上海市虹口区中学生疾病预防与控制健康素养水平仍然偏低,受到来自个体、家庭和学校多方因素的影响。
[Objective] To understand the disease prevention and control health literacy level and its influencing factors in middle school students in Hongkou District of Shanghai, and to provide the basis for adolescent health literacy intervention. [Method] The stratified cluster sampling method was used to select all 11 students from 1 middle school in Hongkou District, Shanghai. Five students from one grade of five grades from the first grade to the second grade (excluding grade three) were selected as samples. Using the Disease Prevention and Control Health Literacy Questionnaire, a cross-sectional survey of 852 middle school students was conducted in April-June 2016 with a web-based answer. [Results] The scores of acquisition, comprehension, analysis, evaluation and use of health literacy of disease prevention and control in middle school students in Hongkou District were (11.26 ± 2.81), (26.87 ± 6.58), (10.63 ± 3.86) and (19.06 ± 5.24) Divided into (67.82 ± 16.30) points. The proportion of respondents with disease prevention and control of health literacy was 29.5%. The dichotomous logistic regression analysis showed that the boys’ health literacy OR and 95% CI were 1.89 (1.36-2.59), respectively. For the reference of Shanghai’s household registration, the health literacy OR % CI was 0.32 (0.19-0.55). The level of health literacy of students whose matriculation was college or above was OR and its 95% CI was 2.02 (1.26 ~ 3.23) Education is not important as a reference, that health education is very important level of students’ health literacy OR and 95% CI 2.96 (1.67 ~ 5.28); self-evaluation of middle-grade lower education as a reference, self- The level of health literacy OR and its 95% CI was 1.99 (1.20-3.32). [Conclusion] The disease prevention and control health literacy level of middle school students in Hongkou District of Shanghai is still low, which is influenced by many factors from individuals, families and schools.
