近年来,随着机坪上航空器、特种设备和人员的增多,机坪交通趋于复杂化,为保证机坪运行安全,提升机坪运行效率,机坪资源管理者迫切需要一种科学、实用的资源管理方法来指导其对机位、特种设备等资源的分配管理。本文首先阐述了传统的资源管理方法和近年来国内外学者在此领域的研究成果,分析了存在的缺陷。然后,基于对机位、特种设备等资源及其周边运行环境的分析,提出一种综合考虑航班需求、资源特征属性、机位周边运行环境等因素的机坪联合资源管理新理念。最后,对该理念的先进性与实用性进行分析总结。
In recent years, with the increase of aircraft, special equipment and personnel on the apron, the traffic of the apron tends to be complicated.
