98%酸、93%酸浓度是衡量冶炼烟气制酸过程产品质量的重要指标,而串酸控制系统的核心就是要控制好98%酸槽和93%酸槽中的酸浓度。串酸过程是一个大滞后、多干扰对象,目前采用常规PID控制难以得到较好的控制效果,为此采用模糊PID控制,进行了串酸浓度控制研究,其98%酸的模糊PID控制仿真结果表明:所设计的模糊PID控制效果明显优于常规PID控制,可实现PID参数自整定且超调量小、响应时间短、抗干扰强、鲁棒性好,为进一步的工程应用奠定了良好基础。
98% acid, 93% acid is an important indicator to measure the quality of sourdough process in smelting flue gas. The core of acid control system is to control the acid concentration in 98% acid trough and 93% acid trough. Trapping acid process is a large lag, more interference objects, the current PID control is difficult to get a better control effect, for this reason the use of fuzzy PID control, tracer concentration control study, the 98% acid fuzzy PID control simulation results The results show that the designed fuzzy PID control effect is obviously superior to the conventional PID control, which can achieve PID parameter self-tuning with small overshoot, short response time, strong anti-interference and good robustness, which lays a good foundation for further engineering application .
