随着全球经济高速发展,企业单独依靠自身的力量是无法满足市场经济迅速扩张的需求,因此,在当下这种经济环境下,许多企业纷纷进行并购、整合,来提高其市场占有率,本文通过对互联网企业并购进行概述及相关理论研究,识别与分析我国互联网企业并购前、并购过程中及并购后存在的各种风险,最终加强互联网企业并购风险防范与控制,提升互联网企业并购成功机率,减少行业间的竞争,探索新经济形式下、新型盈利模式。
