目的了解医院员工组织承诺与离职倾向的现状,比较不同个体特征的员工在组织承诺与离职倾向上的差异,探讨员工组织承诺与离职倾向的关系。方法以广州市某三甲医院在职员工为研究对象,进行组织承诺与离职倾向问卷调查。结果医院员工的个体特征在组织承诺与离职倾向上有显著差异、组织承诺与离职倾向存在显著负相关、组织承诺对离职倾向具有显著的预测力。结论医院管理者要通过鼓励、关怀护理人员、编外医务人员、提高员工的福利待遇、加强团队建设等途径来提升员工的组织承诺,降低离职倾向。
Objective To understand the current situation of hospital employees’ organizational commitment and turnover intention, to compare the differences in organizational commitment and turnover intention among employees with different individual characteristics, and to explore the relationship between employee organizational commitment and turnover intention. Methods Taking the employees in a top three hospital in Guangzhou as the research object, questionnaires of organizational commitment and turnover intention were conducted. Results There were significant differences in organizational commitment and turnover intention among the hospital staff. There was a significant negative correlation between organizational commitment and turnover intention, and organizational commitment had significant predictive power on turnover intention. Conclusion Hospital managers should enhance employees’ organizational commitment and reduce their turnover intention by encouraging, caring for and nursing staff, improving staff welfare and strengthening team building.
