钢筋混凝土独立梁满堂扣件式钢管支撑架设计及其稳定性分析

钢筋混凝土独立梁横向两侧无楼板,梁下满堂扣件式钢管支撑架的横向稳定性是设计要考虑的关键问题之一。通过对比某剧院工程台口大梁满堂扣件式钢管支撑架不同步距、立杆横距对梁支撑架稳定承载力的影响,利用ANSYS软件建立半刚性主节点整架模型,进行特征值屈曲分析及考虑结构初始缺陷的非线性屈曲分析和静力分析。分析结果表明:按JGJ 130—2011《建筑施工扣件式钢管脚手架安全技术规范》验算的立杆稳定承载力具有较高的安全储备;建立的半刚性模型对独立梁支撑架的非线性稳定承载力分析是可行的;独立梁横向两侧外延支撑架立杆横距对整个架体的稳定性有一定影响,设计中应给予重视。 The lateral stability of the reinforced concrete independent beams has no floor on both sides of the transverse direction, and the transverse stability of the steel pipe support under the beams is one of the key issues to be considered in the design. By contrasting the influence of the different pitch and vertical bar horizontal distance on the stability bearing capacity of the beam support for a full-length fastener-type steel pipe support at a theater project, ANSYS software was used to establish the whole model of the semi-rigid main node, and the eigenvalue buckling analysis And nonlinear buckling analysis and static analysis considering the initial defects of the structure. The horizontal distance between the two columns on the lateral sides of the independent beams has some influence on the stability of the entire frame, and should be given priority in the design.
