目的了解广州地区食品中空肠弯曲菌的污染状况及菌株分子型别特征。方法采用传统生化鉴定、荧光免疫分析及PCR方法分离和鉴定所分离的菌株,用脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)对菌株进行分子分型分析。结果从100份检材中分离到10株空肠弯曲菌,不同方法得到一致的鉴定结果。10株菌经PFGE分析共得到3个聚类群。结论传统生化鉴定与PCR方法相结合能有效地从食品中进行空肠弯曲菌的分离和鉴定,食品分离的空肠弯曲菌中存在PFGE型的多态性。
Objective To understand the status of contamination of Campylobacter jejuni and the molecular characteristics of strains in Guangzhou. Methods The isolated strains were isolated and identified by traditional biochemical identification, fluorescence immunoassay and PCR. The molecular typing of the strains was analyzed by pulsed-field gel electrophoresis (PFGE). Results 10 strains of Campylobacter jejuni were isolated from 100 samples, and the results of different methods were consistent. 10 strains of bacteria by PFGE analysis of a total of three clusters. Conclusion The combination of traditional biochemical identification and PCR methods can effectively isolate and identify Campylobacter jejuni from foodstuffs. PFGE polymorphism exists in Campylobacter jejuni isolated from foodstuffs.
