复合氨基酸多维胶囊,主要功效成分为L-鸟氨酸、L-门冬氨酸、VC(VC)、L-茶氨酸和维生素B6(VB6)。其主要功效为治疗化学性肝损伤,从而起到护肝作用。目前门冬氨酸和鸟氨酸的测定多为高效液相色谱法,部分用衍生化试剂进行处理,有柱前衍生法[1-2]和柱后衍生化法[3],氨基酸自动分析仪法,离子交换色谱法,HPLC-ELSD法[4],比色法,而HPLC衍生化法和气相色谱法操作复杂,氨基酸自动分析仪法费用昂贵,比色法误差较大且灵敏度较低。水溶性VC测定主要有高效液相色谱法、碘量法、电位滴定法和分光光度法[5-6],我们已经报道了复合氨基酸多维胶囊中茶氨酸和VB6的测定方法[7],本研究旨在建立高效液相色谱法同时测定L-鸟氨酸、L-门冬氨酸和VC的方法。
