应用型管理人才的培养需要素质教育,学生不仅要掌握管理中的理论、规律、更要加强自身的心理因素,培养和塑造健康的情商。教师为主体的教学模式只能单方面的传授知识,不利于学生整体素质的提高。本文以《组织行为学》课程为例基于素质教育的思路和方法对管理学课程的改革与设计进行了研究,对管理类课程设计具有一定的参考意义。
The cultivation of applied management talents requires quality education. Students not only need to master the theories and laws in management, but also strengthen their own psychological factors to cultivate and shape healthy emotional quotient. Teachers as the main mode of teaching can only unilaterally impart knowledge, is not conducive to improving the overall quality of students. This article takes “organizational behavior” as an example to study the reform and design of management science curriculum based on the ideas and methods of quality education, which is of certain reference significance to the design of management curriculum.
