医院信息系统(HIS)是现代化医院运营的必要技术支撑和基础设施。目前,我国地市级及以上医院已有50％以上建设了HIS,但由于受机器设备的可靠性和人为因素的影响,HIS又极容易出现故障,严重影响医院医疗活动的正常开展。作者分析了在网络故障情况下最影响门诊医疗活动的是门诊收费子系统,并给出了门诊收费应急方案和实现方法。此方法平时将网络中关于门诊收费的有关数据下载到收费工作站中,在网络故障时用此单机版系统进行收费处理,在网络恢复后将单机版数据上传到数据库服务器中,从而保证了数据的完整性。
