多智能体技术能为电力领域的分布、开放式系统的设计和实现提供新的途径和方法,在电力领域具有很可观的应用前景。将多智能体技术应用于输电投资决策中,创新性地提出了包含输电投资各相关主体以及辅助软件平台的多智能体双系统决策模型,模型具有决定线路选址以及计算各市场主体的经济利益的功能。提出了考虑线路投资的有效性的输电规划模型,并在多智能体平台上开发了分别求解短期输电投资规划与长期输电投资规划的算法。通过IEEE 9节点算例展示了多智能体技术在输电投资项目上的应用。所开发的多智能体系统和相关算法能够为输电投资决策提供辅助支持。
Multi-agent technology can provide new ways and methods for the distribution of electric power and the design and implementation of open systems, and has a very promising application prospect in electric power field. Applying multi-agent technology in transmission investment decision-making, a multi-agent bi-system decision-making model including various related subjects of transmission investment and supporting software platform is proposed creatively.
