针对粉煤灰对水泥稳定类基层材料性能改善机理不够完善、不够系统以至水泥粉煤灰稳定类基层材料无法很好地进行推广应用的问题,从材料的组成、结构决定材料的性能的原理入手,通过分析探讨粉煤灰对水泥稳定类基层材料的微观与宏观结构组成、化学与材料组成以及力学参数等方面的改性,提出粉煤灰通过填充作用、活性作用、接触形式改善作用、微集料作用以及改善力学参数作用对水泥稳定类基层材料的性能进行改善,为水泥粉煤灰稳定类基层材料的设计与应用提供了相应的理论支持。
