目的了解南昌市农村地区妇幼保健人力资源配置情况,为合理配置妇幼保健人力资源提供参考依据。方法对妇幼保健机构人力资源总体情况采用描述性分析,并应用秩和比法进行综合评价。结果南昌市农村地区妇幼保健机构职工人数超出编制比例82.10%,卫生技术人员占职工总数的72.54%,学历构成以大专及以下为主(87.44%),职称构成以助理及以下为主(69.13%),各保健科室人员均小于40人。综合评价结果显示:进贤县的综合指数最大,南昌县与进贤县、新建县和安义县、进贤县和安义县的人力资源配置的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论南昌市农村地区妇幼保健机构编制不足,职工结构不合理,素质偏低,人力资源配置存在差异。
Objective To understand the allocation of human resources for maternal and child health in rural areas in Nanchang and to provide a reference for rational allocation of maternal and child health human resources. Methods A descriptive analysis was conducted on the general situation of human resources in MCH institutions and a comprehensive evaluation was made by using rank sum ratio method. Results The number of maternal and child health institutions in rural areas of Nanchang exceeded the compilation ratio by 82.10%, health technicians accounted for 72.54% of the total number of staff and workers, and academic background mainly consisted of junior college and below (87.44%). The job titles comprised assistant and below (69.13% ), All health department staff were less than 40 people. The results of comprehensive evaluation showed that the comprehensive index of Jinxian County was the largest, and the difference of human resource allocation between Nanchang County and Jinxian County, Xinjian County and Anyi County, Jinxian County and Anyi County was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The maternal and child health institutions in rural areas of Nanchang lack of preparation, unreasonable staff structure, low quality, there are differences in the allocation of human resources.
