近年来,伴随我国经济技术的逐渐发展,人们生活水平也具有明显的改善。因此,建筑工程的规模与数量也与日俱增。与此同时,建筑行业竞争激烈,想要在市场中占据有利位置,团队必须要加强内部管理控制,总结传统管理理念中存在的问题。完善制度的同时也要对员工进行培训,这样才能保障建筑管理有效进行。但现存建筑管理中仍存在一些漏洞问题,本文主要针对此类问题进行分析探讨,帮助提升管理任务完成质量。
In recent years, with the gradual development of China’s economy and technology, people’s living standards have also been significantly improved. Therefore, the scale and number of construction projects are also increasing. At the same time, the construction industry is fiercely competitive and wants to take a favorable position in the market. The team must strengthen internal management control and summarize the problems in the traditional management concept. Improve the system, but also to train staff, so as to ensure the effective construction management. However, there are still some loopholes in the existing building management. This paper mainly analyzes and discusses such issues to help improve the quality of management tasks.
