应用抗增殖细胞核抗原的单克隆抗体PC10和敏感的免疫组化S-P法对45例膀胱移行细胞癌石蜡切片进行检测,用半定量方法计阳性细胞数,并观察与肿瘤分级的关系。结果显示:PC10阳性细胞数量与肿瘤分级有关。不同级别的移行细胞癌之间PC10阳性细胞有显著性差异(P<0.01)。认为PC10可作为评价膀胱移行细胞癌生物学行为的重要标记物之一。本文还就PCNA应用中的有关问题进行了讨论
45 cases of bladder transitional cell carcinoma paraffin sections were detected by monoclonal antibody PC10 of anti-proliferating cell nuclear antigen and sensitive immunohistochemical S-P method. The number of positive cells was counted by semi-quantitative method and the relationship with tumor grade was observed. The results showed that the number of PC10 positive cells correlated with tumor grade. There was a significant difference in PC10 positive cells between different grades of transitional cell carcinoma (P <0.01). PC10 can be considered as one of the important markers to evaluate the biological behavior of bladder transitional cell carcinoma. This article also discusses the related issues in PCNA applications
