分析了铁型覆砂铸造六缸球铁曲轴的工艺特点，介绍了铁型覆砂铸造六缸曲轴的工艺、工装及生产实践。实践表明，采用该工艺后可节约生产成本３０％以上，铸件品质得到大幅度地提高。
The technological characteristics of six-cylinder ductile iron crankshaft with iron sand mold casting are analyzed. The technology, tooling and production practice of iron sand mold casting six-cylinder crankshaft are introduced. Practice shows that the process can save production costs over 30%, casting quality has been greatly improved.
