目的 :观察坐骨神经半切损伤后神经生长因子(NGF)的作用和治疗效果。方法 :采用大鼠坐骨神经半切致伤方法 ,按给药剂量将动物分成 :假手术组、生理盐水对照组、小剂量组、中剂量组、大剂量组 ,每组10只 ,观察时间为10d。结果 :10d治疗组动物的感觉诱发电位(SEP)与生理盐水对照组相比潜伏时缩短(P<0.05) ,运动诱发电位(MEP)治疗各组与生理盐水组比较N1、P1、N2、P2各波的峰潜时均缩短(P<0.05 ,P<0.01) ,与假手术组相比差异不显著。低剂量与中、高剂量相比潜伏时缩短(P<0.05)。结论 :NGF对周围神经损伤有促进神经传导功能 ,减轻神经继发损伤的作用。
Objective: To observe the effect and therapeutic effect of nerve growth factor (NGF) after sciatic nerve hemi-cut injury. Methods: The rats were divided into sham operation group, saline control group, low dose group, medium dose group and high dose group according to the method of semi-incision injury of sciatic nerve in rats. The observation time was 10 days. Results: Compared with the saline control group, the sensory evoked potential (SEP) in the 10d treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the saline control group (P <0.05). Compared with the normal saline group, the motor evoked potential (MEP) The peak latency of each wave was shortened (P <0.05, P <0.01), but no significant difference compared with sham operation group. Low-dose and medium-dose and short-term latency compared to shorten (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: NGF can promote nerve conduction and reduce the secondary damage of nerve in peripheral nerve injury.
