目的应用多成分含量同时测定法结合正交试验优选黄葵胶囊的提取工艺。方法以总黄酮、芦丁、金丝桃苷、异槲皮苷、杨梅素、槲皮素的含量及干膏得率为评价指标,对黄葵胶囊的提取工艺进行正交优选。结果提取次数对5种活性成分的含量及干膏得率有显著影响。结合生产,确定黄葵胶囊提取工艺为:10倍量70%乙醇回流提取3次,每次提取50 min。结论优选的工艺合理,对优化多成分中药制剂工艺具有一定意义。
OBJECTIVE: To optimize the extraction process of Huangkui capsule by the method of simultaneous determination of multiple components and orthogonal test. Methods The content of total flavonoids, rutin, hyperoside, isoquercitrin, myricetin, quercetin and dry extract yield were used as evaluation indexes to optimize the extraction process of Huangkuang Capsules. The results of extraction times on the content of five active ingredients and dry paste yield significantly. Combined with production, determine the extraction process of the capsule: 10 times the amount of 70% ethanol reflux extraction three times, each extraction 50 min. Conclusion The optimal process is reasonable and has certain significance for the optimization of multi-component traditional Chinese medicine preparation process.
