目的:分析麦默通微创旋切术对直径<1cm良性乳腺肿块患者术后美观效果及血清T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法:选取我院2018年6月—2020年5月接收的104例直径<1cm良性乳腺肿块患者作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分成麦默通组(52例)与传统组(52例),其中麦默通组行麦默通微创旋切术,传统组行传统开放手术,对比两组手术相关指标(手术时间、术中失血量、切口愈合时间、瘢痕长度、住院时间)、术后美观度、并发症状况以及术前、术后3d血清T淋巴细胞亚群(CD4+、CD8+
