目的评价在结核病治疗患者中开展同伴教育活动效果。方法采用前后对照调查方法,比较同伴教育活动前后患者结核病知识及心理状态变化。对当年全市所有纳入治疗患者按要求全程随访其规则治疗情况,比较参与组与未参与组规则治疗率。结果干预后患者结核病核心知识知晓率明显提高(P<0.01),不良心理状态明显改善(P<0.01)。94.00%的患者认为活动非常满意或满意,参与组抗结核规则治疗率较未参与组有明显提高(P<0.01)。结论同伴教育活动能够提高结核病的结核病防治知识及治疗依从性,有效改善患者的不良心理状态,提高治疗效果。
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of peer education activities in patients with tuberculosis. Methods Before and after the control survey method, comparisons of peer education activities in patients with tuberculosis knowledge and psychological status changes. All the patients in the city were enrolled in the treatment of the whole course of the regular follow-up treatment of the situation, compared with the group did not participate in the rules and treatment rate. Results After the intervention, the awareness rate of tuberculosis core knowledge was significantly increased (P <0.01), and the adverse mental state was significantly improved (P <0.01). 94.00% of the patients considered the activity very satisfied or satisfied, and the treatment group had significantly higher anti-tuberculosis treatment rate than the non-participation group (P <0.01). Conclusions Peer education activities can improve TB knowledge and treatment compliance of tuberculosis, effectively improve the patients’ bad psychological state and improve the treatment effect.
