针对双峰聚乙烯PEl00产品容易出现的质量问题，分析原因并确定PEl00产品生产过程中质量控制的主要因素。通过调整工艺参数、改进操作方法、优化产品牌号切换、精细管理等方法，有效解决了产品拉伸性能低、氧化诱导时间不足、炭黑质量分数波动、挥发物质量浓度高、熔融指数、密度超标等质量问题，改善和提高PEl00产品的质量。“,”In view of the quality problems prone to appear in bimodal PEIO0 products, the causes were analyzed, anti the main factors for product quality control in production process were determined. Through adoption of various measures as adjusting process parameters, improving operation methods, optimizing products grade transition, and implementing fine management, a few of quality problems on PEIO0 products were effectively resolved as low drawing behavior, insufficient oxidation induction time, fluctuation of carbon black content, high content of volatiles, over standard of melt index and density, and so on, and the quality of PEIO0 product was greatly improved.
