生殖器念珠菌病的菌种及药敏分析

方法 :采用酵母菌鉴定板及 ATB真菌药敏试验条 ,对临床 6 5例生殖器念珠菌病患者的临床株进行了菌种分离和药敏检测。结果显示 :引起男女生殖器感染的前三位致病性优势菌依次为白色念珠菌、近平滑念珠菌、光滑念珠菌。一些不常见的病原菌也占有一定比例。体外试验 ,念珠菌对 6种药物的敏感性分别为 :制霉菌素 (NYS) 95 .38% (6 2 / 6 5 ) ,二性霉素 B(Am B) 93.85 % (6 1/ 6 5 ) ,咪康唑 (MIC) 6 1.5 4% (40 / 6 5 ) ,益康唑 (ECO) 5 8.46 % (38/ 6 5 ) ,酮康唑 (KFT)5 6 .92 % (37/ 6 5 )和 5 -氟胞嘧啶 (5 - FC) 4 6 .15 % (30 / 6 5 )。明显耐药的比例依次为 :5 - FC44 .6 2 % (2 9/ 6 5 ) ,MIC2 0 %(13/ 6 5 ) ,ECO12 .31% (8/ 6 5 ) ,KET9.2 3% (6 / 6 5 ) ,Am B4.6 2 % (3/ 6 5 ) ,NYS4.6 2 % (3/ 6 5 ) Methods: Yeast identification plate and ATB fungi drug susceptibility test strips were used to detect the clinical isolates and drug susceptibility of clinical clinical samples of 65 cases of genital candidiasis. The results showed that the first three pathogenic dominant bacteria causing male and female genital infections were Candida albicans, Candida parapsilosis and Candida glabrata. Some unusual pathogens also occupy a certain proportion. In vitro tests, the sensitivity of Candida to the six drugs were as follows: nystatin (NYS) 95.38% (62/65), amphotericin B (Am B) 93.85% (61/65 ), Miconazole (MIC) 6 1.5 4% (40/65), econazole (ECO) 5 8.46% (38/65), ketoconazole 5) and 5 - flucytosine (5 - FC) were 46.15% (30/65). The rates of drug resistance were as follows: 5 - FC44.6% (29/65), MIC2 0% (13/65), ECO12.31% (8/65), KET9.2 3% ( 6/65), Am B 4.6 2% (3/6 5), NYS 4.6% (3/6 5)
