目的 :研究超临界CO2 流体提取 (SFE)金边瑞香鲜花中有效成分的最佳条件。方法 :采用均匀设计方法 ,以提取压力、提取温度 ;解析压力、解析温度 4个因素 ,每个因素 7个水平进行实验。结果 :在SFE中最佳提取条件 :提取压力2 0MPa ,提取温度 39°C ;解析压力 8MPa以上 ,解析温度 36°C。结论 :本法是一种简便、高选择性和高效率的提取金边瑞香鲜花有效成份方法
Objective : To study the optimum conditions for the effective components in the supercritical CO2 fluid extraction (SFE) of Rhizoma. Methods: Uniform design method was used to extract the pressure and extract the temperature. Analyze the pressure and analyze the temperature. Four factors were used for each experiment. Results: The best extraction conditions in SFE: extraction pressure 20 MPa, extraction temperature 39 °C, analytical pressure 8 MPa or more, analytical temperature 36 °C. Conclusion: This method is a simple, highly selective and highly efficient method for extracting effective ingredients from Rhynchophorus australis flowers.
