进入新世纪,面对我国加入WTO后市场竞争加剧和市场竞争转向技术竞争的新形势,湖州市中小企业的素质性、结构性矛盾日渐显现。因而,研究如何促进中小企业技术创新发展,提高其技术创新能力和竞争实力,就成为促进湖州市经济快速增长和实现跨越式发展的一个重要课题。文章剖析了湖州市中小企业技术创新过程中存在的问题,并在实证分析的基础上,分别从中小企业自身和政府两个角度提出了促进湖州市中小企业技术创新的对策,期望对湖州市中小企业技术创新有所启示。 In the new century, in face of the new situation of market competition and market competition turning to technical competition after China’s accession to the WTO, the quality and structural contradictions of small and medium-sized enterprises in Huzhou City have become increasingly apparent. Therefore, to study how to promote the technological innovation and development of SMEs and to enhance their technological innovation and competitive strength has become an important issue for promoting the rapid economic growth and achieving leapfrog development in Huzhou. The article analyzes the existing problems in the process of technological innovation in small and medium-sized enterprises in Huzhou city. On the basis of empirical analysis, it puts forward some countermeasures to promote the technological innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises in Huzhou from the perspectives of SMEs themselves and the government respectively.
