转向离合器作为推土机传动系统中的关键部件,其操纵灵活性、传动效率、装配方法直接影响推土机的安全性能及使用成本。为此我们针对推土机转向离台器结构和存在问题进行分析,并对其结构进行了改进。1.改进前的结构及存在问题(1)结构推土机转向离合器主要由长螺栓1、防松垫2、压盘3、定位套4、小弹簧5、大弹簧6、主动盘7、从动盘8、外齿摩擦片9、内齿片10、密封环11、活塞12等组成。其结构如图1所示。
As the key component of the bulldozer transmission system, the steering clutch has the characteristics of steering flexibility, transmission efficiency and assembly method, which directly affect the safety performance and the cost of the bulldozer. For this reason, we analyzed the structure and existing problems of bulldozer turning away from the pedestal, and improved its structure. 1. Structure and existing problems before improvement (1) Structure The bulldozer steering clutch mainly consists of a long bolt 1, a washer 2, a pressure plate 3, a positioning sleeve 4, a small spring 5, a large spring 6, a driving plate 7 and a driven plate 8, the outer friction plate 9, the inner gear 10, the seal ring 11, the piston 12 and other components. The structure shown in Figure 1.
