CIMC 36 is a new early-maturity and disease-resistant cotton cultivar bred by Cotton Research Institute of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences. The cultivars were approved by Tianjin and the National Crop Variety Approval Committee in March and May 1999 respectively and were appraised as “ Nine Five ”first aid after the attack. From 1998 to 1999, he participated in the demonstration of ecological introduction and identification of resistant varieties in northern Xinjiang and small-area production demonstration experiment.
