前言对一些加工精度高的大尺寸圆形工件,圆度仪是无能为力的,若用在位测量或其他临时测量装置,由于迴转轴的精度低,环境条件不好,测量中的偶然误差往往很大,以致淹没了工件的形状误差。从统计概念上看,这种偶然误差是一种非平稳随机过程,用对时间平均的办法不能予以渭除,必须在它出现的同时立即清除,不允许它渗入信号之中。因此需要找新的测量方法。
