为提高膜式全热换热器的换热效率,对换热器中流场施加高压电场,在相同的实验条件下,通过测量换热器的显热和潜热效率来分析外加高压电场对换热效果的影响,并且在此基础上,测试了不同电极电压、风速情况下换热器的换热效果。实验结果表明,在换热器流场中施加高压电场,能够有效地提高换热器的显热效率,对潜热效率的提高则不明显;在低风速的条件下,强化换热效果更加明显。
In order to improve the heat transfer efficiency of the membrane-type all-heat exchanger, a high-voltage electric field is applied to the flow field in the heat exchanger. Under the same experimental conditions, the applied high-voltage electric field is analyzed by measuring the sensible heat and latent heat efficiency of the heat exchanger On the basis of this, the heat exchange effect of the heat exchanger under different electrode voltage and wind speed was tested. The experimental results show that the application of high voltage electric field in the flow field of the heat exchanger can effectively increase the sensible heat efficiency of the heat exchanger and has no obvious improvement on the latent heat efficiency. Under the condition of low wind speed, the effect of enhanced heat transfer is more obvious.
