通过采用三级封隔器结合投球分层压裂工艺技术,可以实现自下而上不动管柱一次性压裂4层的施工目的。针对现场使用压裂管柱结构存在的问题,进行优化分析研究,使压裂管柱结构得到了改进和完善。现场应用证明,管柱改进后压裂技术可操作性强、安全系数高、工艺效果突出,在鄂尔多斯大牛地气田及苏里格气田均取得了较好的应用效果。
Through the use of three-stage packers combined with pitching fracturing technology, we can achieve the construction purpose of four-layer fracturing of bottomless pipe once. In view of the problems existing in the field of using fracturing pipe string structure, the optimization analysis and research are carried out so that the structure of the fracturing pipe string has been improved and perfected. The field application shows that the improved fracturing technology has the advantages of strong maneuverability, high safety factor and outstanding process effects. The results have achieved good results in both the Daniudi gas field and the Sulige gas field in Ordos.
