铜兰蛋白是血中一种含铜的α_2糖蛋白,其含量在许多疾病中都可发生改变。铜兰蛋白是血中主要的含铜蛋白质,它是铜在体内的运输形式,还具有铁氧化酶的活性,它能影响铁的吸收、运输、动员与利用。另据文献报导,铜兰蛋白还具有胺氧化酶的活性,对体内重要的胺类如肾上腺素、羟基吲哚等都有氧化作用,而这些胺类是生物活性物质,对维持人体内环境的平衡,保障人体正常功能都有重要意义。本文的目的是要了解针刺对血中铜兰蛋白的影响。一、实验材料与方法: 用wister纯种、成年、雄性大白鼠,体重在250—350克之间。随机分为针刺组和对照组。针刺组又分为四组,分别于卯时(7:00点)午时(13:00点)、酉时(19:00点)、子时(1:00点)进行针刺,对照组亦相应分为四组。实验前所有动物都在每天光照与黑暗各12小时(光照时间为7:00点—19:00点),室温

The purpose of this article is to understand the effect of acupuncture on blood galenin. First, the experimental materials and methods: purebred wister, adult, male rats, weighing between 250-350 grams. Randomly divided into acupuncture group and control group. The acupuncture group was divided into four groups. Acupuncture was performed at noon (13:00), at the time (19:00), and at the sub-hour (1:00) at the time (7:00), and the control group also responded accordingly. Divided into four groups.
