企业的激励机制推动了企业的发展,调动了干部、职工的积极性,这已被实践所证明,但同时也出现了一些过于强调个人利益而把个人利益与企业利益对立起来的倾向。建立与激励机制相适应的约束机制已成为当前企业深化改革中的一个迫切需要解决的问题。
The enterprise’s incentive mechanism has promoted the development of the enterprise and mobilized the enthusiasm of the cadres and employees. This has been proved by practice, but at the same time there are also tendencies that place too much emphasis on personal interests and align personal interests with corporate interests. The establishment of a restraint mechanism that is compatible with the incentive mechanism has become an urgent problem that needs to be solved in the current deepening of enterprise reform.
