油茶是异花授粉的植物,子代变异性大,优劣差异明显,是造成单位面积产量低且不稳的原因之一。目前许多人认为油茶应走无性繁殖的道路,这是很有道理的,但是作为油茶物种实生子代性状变异和遗传的程度如何,尚无充足的材料具体说明。搞清这个问题对油茶的良种选育、优良无性系的引种、推广,是很有意义的。为此,我们从1975年开始对油茶优株实生子代的遗传变异进行了观察研究,现将其结果整理如下。一、材料和方法试材选自湖南省永兴县马田公社枣子大队14生产队的一个农家品种类型——永兴中苞红
