本文从煤矿安全生产出发,对真空开关、SF6开关和油开关的优缺点进行比较,对操作过电压问题和抑制措施作综合论述。根据国内外的运行经验和测试结果表明:只要装设适当的保护装置,真空开关的操作过电压不比油开关严重。因此可以得出结论:只要能用油开关的地方都可以使用真空开关。虽然它的初期投资略高,但可节省维修费和减少停电所受的损失,总的经济效益是高的,因此在煤矿6-10kV系统推广使用真空开关是可行的。
In this paper, starting from the mine safety production, the advantages and disadvantages of vacuum switch, SF6 switch and oil switch are compared, and the overvoltage problems and suppression measures are comprehensively discussed. According to the operating experience and test results at home and abroad show that: as long as the installation of appropriate protection device, vacuum switch overvoltage than the oil switch is not serious. Therefore, it can be concluded that the vacuum switch can be used as long as the oil switch can be used. Although its initial investment is slightly higher, it can save maintenance costs and reduce the losses caused by power outages. The total economic benefits are high. Therefore, it is feasible to promote the use of vacuum switches in 6-10kV coal mine.
