1教学主张1.1个人的教学主张(理念或特色)笔者作为江苏省首批“人民教育家培养对象”(2010年起),在导师的指导下,一直在思考着这样一个问题:我的教学特色是什么?或我的教学思想是什么?对于数学教育教学,笔者认为“教要熏、听、扶(熏陶、倾听、帮扶),学要做、说、用”.教学中教师要用数学知识、数学文化、人格魅力、高尚的师德、精湛的业务等来影响、熏陶、感染学生,不要或不能总是把教变成“煎炒烹炸”.要倾听学生哪些需要老师
