从林业科研知识产权保护与开发、森林资源的科学培育和监管、林产品质量监督、林业纠纷鉴定等4个方面,对建立健全林业科技服务体系进行了相关研究,提出了建立植物新品种权代理、工程项目技术咨询、林产品质量检测、林业司法鉴定等机构的一些举措,实现林业科技集成公共服务,促进福建林业现代化进程.
