同业对标是各专业管理水平的评价和诊断工具。徐州供电公司(简称徐州公司)十分重视同业对标工作,将其作为推动公司综合管理水平提升的有效抓手。徐州公司通过创新构建县级公司、业务支撑及实施机构、乡镇供电所这三级关键指标看板体系,基本建成了富有徐州特色的多元立体对标体系;扩大对标参与范围,开展覆盖基层机构直至供电所一级的多元立体对标:缩短对标发布频率,开展内部月度对标,保证指标管理的实时在控:拓宽指标涵盖业务,增设更多反映日常管理工作质量的指标。从而在徐州公司内部掀起了全员对标的热潮,促使公司管理水平稳步提升。
Peer benchmarking is the evaluation and diagnostic tool of each professional management level. Xuzhou Power Supply Company (hereinafter referred to Xuzhou Company) attaches great importance to the benchmarking work with the industry, as an effective start to promote the company’s overall management level.
