RA330合金是镍铁铬系耐热合金,焊接热裂纹倾向较大,通过对其焊接性进行分析,选择适用的焊接材料和可行的焊接方法,并依照NB/T47014-2011《承压设备焊接工艺评定》标准进行了焊接工艺评定试验,获得了能满足产品要求的焊接工艺参数。试验结果表明,采用TIG焊接工艺、RA330-04焊丝焊接RA330合金能得到成形美观、质量良好的焊缝。同时,总结了RA330合金焊接特性,对其在工程施焊中有一定的借鉴意义。
RA330 alloy is a nickel-iron-chromium-based heat-resistant alloy with a high propensity to weld hot cracks. By analyzing its weldability, selecting suitable welding materials and feasible welding methods, and according to NB / T47014-2011 “Pressure Equipment Welding Processes Assessment ”standard welding process qualification test, access to meet the product requirements of the welding process parameters. The test results show that, using TIG welding process, RA330-04 welding wire welding RA330 alloy can be beautifully shaped, good quality weld. At the same time, the welding characteristics of RA330 alloy are summed up, which has certain reference significance in the engineering welding.
