[目的]揭示废电池浸出液对小麦种子萌发的影响。[方法]将小麦种子置于不同浓度废电池浸出液中,测定发芽期淀粉酶、蛋白酶、丙酮酸脱氢酶、多酚氧化酶的活力变化。[结果]结果表明,废电池对这几种酶的活力有影响。随着电池浸出液浓度增加,淀粉酶和蛋白酶的变化趋势相似,低浓度有激活作用,高浓度有抑制作用,呈现出低促高抑的影响趋势。丙酮酸脱氢酶、多酚氧化酶的活力均呈现出持续下降变化趋势。[结论]该研究对了解电池浸出液对小麦发芽的影响有重要实践意义。
[Objective] The aim was to reveal the influence of waste battery leachate on the germination of wheat seeds. [Method] Wheat seeds were placed in the leachate of waste batteries with different concentrations to measure the changes of the activity of amylase, protease, pyruvate dehydrogenase and polyphenol oxidase during germination. [Results] The results showed that waste batteries had an impact on the vitality of these enzymes. With the increase of battery leachate concentration, the change trend of amylase and protease was similar, the activation of low concentration and the inhibition of high concentration showed the trend of low and high inhibition. Pyruvate dehydrogenase, polyphenol oxidase activity showed a continuous downward trend. [Conclusion] This research has important practical significance to understand the influence of battery leachate on wheat germination.
