在以LabVIEW虚拟仪器为测控系统的电磁体性能测试台上,通过数据采集卡直接将转矩转速传感器的两路正弦信号采入,用LabVIEW语言编写程序对信号进行频谱分析,求出相位差和频率,通过标定实现了转矩和转速的测量,并进行了误差分析。经实际应用表明,该方法具有硬件开发成本低、检测效率高、与测控系统集成方便等优点。
On the electromagnet performance testing platform with LabVIEW virtual instrument as measurement and control system, the two sinusoidal signals of the torque and speed sensor are directly taken in through the data acquisition card, and the signal is analyzed by the LabVIEW programming program to obtain the phase difference and Frequency, through the calibration to achieve the torque and speed measurements, and carried out error analysis. The practical application shows that the method has the advantages of low hardware development cost, high detection efficiency and convenient integration with the monitoring and control system.
