2005年中央支持福建建设海峡西岸经济区战略实施以来,为福建经济社会发展带来了许多机遇.福建省抓住机遇,在基础设施建设、促进闽台交流合作、加强服务周边地区对外开放方面,取得巨大成就,成为福建经济发展最快最好的时期.但中央政策许多都是原则性规定、海需要制定更具体的配套政策和措施.本文分析了落实海峡经济区发展战略的三规划两方案存在的问题与困难,提出一些具体的应对措施.
