提出了适合于有机化学实验教学的的四组分一锅法合成实验。分别在Et3N和十六烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵的催化下,用乙酰乙酸甲酯(或乙酰乙酸乙酯)、水合肼、对甲氧基苯甲醛和丙二腈等四组分经一锅反应生成了多取代吡喃[2,3-c]吡唑。该合成实验涉及的多组分一锅法反应具有原料廉价、装置简易、操作简单、产率较高、反应完成时间短等优点。该实验在有机化学实验或开放型实验中具有较好的的理论与教学意义。
A four-component one-pot synthesis experiment suitable for organic chemistry experiment teaching was proposed. Under the catalysis of Et3N and cetyldimethylbenzylammonium chloride respectively, with four components of methyl acetoacetate (or ethyl acetoacetate), hydrazine hydrate, p-methoxybenzaldehyde and malononitrile After one-pot reaction to generate a multi-substituted pyrano [2,3-c] pyrazole. The multi-component one-pot reaction involved in the synthesis experiment has the advantages of cheap raw materials, simple installation, simple operation, high yield and short reaction completion time. The experiment in organic chemistry experiment or open experiment has a good theory and teaching significance.
